- Hourly Rates: Ideal for Adhoc HR needs
- Our monthly retainer packages offer consistent support, predictable costs, and long-term partnership benefits, ensuring continuous service and prioritized attention.
- Silver Retainer Package: This package is ideal for start-ups or companies in business with less than 30 employees and are unsure of how much HR support may be needed.
(10 hours per month)
- Gold Retainer Package: This package is perfect for companies that are growing or planning to grow and are subject to additional state and federal regulations.
(20 hours per month)
- Platinum Retainer Package: This package is recommended for employers with 100 or more employees who are subject to additional regulatory requirements and who need supplemental HR assistance to help the organization's established HR function or for a stand-alone HR resource.
(40 hours or more per month)
- Project Package: This package is for one-off or specific projects that fall outside of the standard offerings. This could be anything from interview assistance to I-9 audits to help with completing required EEO or other regulatory filings and more. Every company will have needs specific to them with different levels of difficulty. Every company has unique needs with varying levels of complexity. We provide estimates based on your specific requirements.
- Training and Development: We provide in-person, live onsite training for companies in our local area and live online sessions. Estimates will be provided based on your specific needs. We also provide customized management training sessions; pricing is dependent on the session and the number of attendees.
- Onsilte 2 hour Sexual Harassment Training: Our onsite training is interactive, and engaging.
