The Journey

  

Melene DeWilde is an accomplished business strategist with a wealth of experience in the human resources field spanning over 25 years. She is an expert in managing business operations, implementing organizational development strategies, overseeing affirmative action initiatives, devising strategic planning frameworks, handling finance and accounting functions, and providing HR business consulting services.   


Launching an HR consulting company was not just a leap of faith but a culmination of years of dedication in the human resources field. What truly motivates Melene is her unwavering commitment to making quality HR business advice accessible to all. In each consulting session, she draws on a quarter-century of insights, lessons, and breakthroughs to create thriving workplaces that recognize the value of their people. Her ultimate goal is to create an environment where everyone can thrive regardless of position.


Melene's impressive client portfolio is a testament to her adaptability and broad expertise, having worked with a diverse range of corporations across various industries, including startups, struggling companies seeking to regain momentum, and successful companies propelling into their next growth phase. Her clients include well-known companies such as Clorox, Treasury Wine Estates, Morimoto's restaurant brand in the US and abroad, Johnson & Johnson, Salesforce, NVIDIA, Wells Fargo, Agilent, Beckman Coulter, and Roche Diagnostics, among others. 


Melene's entrepreneurial background reflects her practical understanding of business operations. She has successfully launched and operated  several businesses in retail, jewelry design, strategic business, and HR consulting companies. Her extensive human resources, operations, and strategic business consulting knowledge has helped these companies and others achieve positive ROIs. Melene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an SPHR certification.
